Leader Systems are delighted to confirm that they have been appointed to provide the life safety systems for the new mixed-use student accommodation development in Vine Street London.

Incorporated into the site is a two level basement containing the exposed remains of the Roman City Wall and Bastion, which will house a gallery enabling the public and building users to view the Monument, in addition to a Café.

Leader Systems will be installing a comprehensive Gent Vigilon life safety system throughout the entire building which will include; 654 student bed spaces across a 14 storey building that fronts onto Vine Street; a six storey student accommodation building adjacent to Crosswall; a 12 storey student accommodation building that fronts onto Crutched Friars as well as a 12 storey office building situated to the north of the scheme on India Street.
