Tidal Basin Project
Leader Systems New Build Installations has secured a £100k contract for the new residential development at Tidal Basin in East London.
The Tidal Basin Road scheme is situated to the north west of the Royal Docks, near the Excel exhibition centre on a roundabout site and consists of two multi-story towers (one a 17 story and the other a 25 story) containing 360 luxury apartments.
The two towers will be linked by an enclosed shared-use bridge with lower floors providing shops, a health club and community facilities and two levels of basement parking
Leader Systems will be installing a comprehensive life safety system on the lower levels and a smoke detection system to control automatic opening vents and smoke dampers on the upper floors. Due to the complicated nature of cause and effects and large number of multiple input/outputs interfacing with 3rdparties the Hochiki ESP protocol will be provided.
Detailed design development is already underway with the project due for completion early in 2016.
