Thunderbird 2 Project

Leader Systems NBI have been appointed to design and install the fire detection and alarm system in the truly immense Project Thunderbird 2 at Kettering Northants.

The system will comprise an Eaton 48 loop 12 panel network, more than 120 beam detectors in the main warehouse and a 100 Air Sampling Detectors to protect a garment automatic picking system.

Detailed design development is currently under way and the project starts on site in mid-August with completion planned in Spring 2016.
