The Albert Hall

Buildings don’t come much more iconic than this one!

The life safety system installed in the Royal Albert Hall is a really good example of our special projects team operating at their best.

Taking an existing but unreliable system and replacing it point by point on existing cables whilst keeping the building fully protected throughout took us just 6 weeks to complete.

It did however take two teams of 8 working 24/7 and two projects managers to ensure it all ran smoothly, but at the end of the day this very important building has now got a state of the art fire detection system protecting it and you when you next go to listen to a concert!

The building uses 2000 points and 19 loops connected to 6 networked panels and is all linked through to a sophisticated site graphics system.
