Paul Street Project

Leader System New Build Installations have secured the £150k contract for a new student’s accommodation project at Paul Street London.

The development will include 419 student accommodation rooms and 43,000 sq ft of office space replacing a derelict office building and former car park on Paul Street in Shoreditch. Leader Systems will be designing and installing a comprehensive new Gent Vigilon fire detection and alarm system plus refuge, call systems and induction loops for the hard of hearing.

The project is due for completion in the middle of 2015.
