N01 Blackfriars Project

Leader Systems NBI are delighted to have been appointed to deliver life safety systems for the prestigious No 1 Blackfriars project.

The scheme is currently at a detailed design development stage and due to commence on site late in 2015 and complete late in 2017. Our scope includes the design and installation of the fire detection and alarm, AOV control, sprinkler monitoring, refuge and fire telephone system.

The project comprises 274 apartments, retail units and a hotel and will be protected by an Advanced 6 panel network with 24 detection and alarm circuits and in excess 2500 Apollo devices.
