Merchant Square Project

Leader Systems MSP has secured multiple fit out contracts for the prestigious Merchant square project in London valuing £130k.

Leader Systems originally installed the £350k landlords Life Safety Systems back in 2011 and followed this with a fit £200k out of the first 7 floors for M&S.

The comprehensive systems installed include a 30 loop fire detection system 100 zone PAVA evac system plus refuge and call systems.

Allowing for the phased fit out process tenant interface points were installed on each floor as part of the original contract making extension of the system simpler and reducing the possibility of interruption to system cover in what is an operational environment.

The contracts with various customers are all being commissioned and connected to the live systems out of hours to ensure disruption to existing tenants is avoided and it is anticipated that all floors in this impressive office block will have been fitted out by spring 2015.
