At Leader MSP we specialise in delivering outstanding Maintenance Support to end user customers with bespoke service packages to meet your exacting requirements.
Additionally our MSP Special Projects team are trained to deliver updates, upgrades and modifications to existing systems in working environments.
Not only do you have a legal responsibility to keep your life safety systems serviced and operational but also to keep them up to date and fit for purpose.
From time to time this will mean replacing parts, adding bits or even replacing entire systems, whilst at the same time keeping interruptions to your own operations to a minimum.
Our MSP team of dedicated specialists are trained to do just that.
When we service your system our engineers will keep you abreast of changes to legislation that could impact on your systems compliance, will be happy to train your staff how to operate and test the system and most importantly will arrange for the special projects team to carry out remedial works and replacements where necessary.

At Leader TS we specialise in working with the electrical trade on supply only systems.
We fully appreciate there will be times and projects where for whatever reason an electrical contractor makes the most sense to carry out the installation of a life safety system.
However what appears simple and straight forwards on the surface (not matter how simple the systems might be) is often fraught with complication and this is where Leader TS can help.
Whilst all of the systems we support can be packaged as supply only for a third party to install we have a specific range of very competitively priced equipment which you can have with as little or as much support from us as you need.
We can design you a compliant systems, show you how best to install them, carry out project management site visits during installation to check its going to plan, write your software and develop cause and effect, commission hand over and train your customers and most importantly validate your work and provide third part certification. We’ll even offer your customers warranty and service support post completion on your behalf if that’s what you need.
Our aim is to give you all the benefits of buying off the shelf equipment from the wholesaler but with the piece of mind that comes from having expert help and assistance as and when you need it, not just on the phone but actually out on site when it really counts.
