Leader Systems installed the life safety systems into the original Merchant Square Project 12 years ago and are therefore delighted to have been appointed to completely update it as the building is redeveloped into a WEWORK co-working office. 

The new system will reuse the original system infrastructure which will be expanded and updated where necessary, but still using Apollo Protocol products with XP95 being replaced with Discovery and incorporating a full PAVA system. 

5 Merchant Square is close to the Paddington Basin which is fast becoming an important centre for Leader Systems where they also have major systems installed in Waterside House the M&S HQ Building and the Brunel Building which is the new home to the Premier League and Sony Pictures.
